I don’t eat a lot during my main meals, but I can’t stop snacking throughout the day. Is this healthy? – Louisa, 27 PDF Print E-mail

Your constant snacking is affecting how much you’re able to eat during meal times. There are pros and cons to this – the positive side is that it keeps your metabolism up. However, the negative side is that you’re at risk of taking in more calories.

One thing you can do is to make sure you have a proper meal – don’t overeat and don’t undereat either. Don’t wolf down your food, as it can result in you feeling full and more bloated.

If you still have the urge to snack, choose a healthy snack such as Nature Valley’s granola bars, which are both crispy and tasty. Containing only 80 to 90 calories per pack, it helps you stay full for a longer period of time and helps keep your weight in check.
