When going for an interview, one of the best ways to prepare is to anticipate questions, develop your answers, and practice, practice, practice. The question most often asked in an interview is ‘what are your strength and weaknesses?’

When I had to answer this question I tried to turn a weakness into a strength, for instance,’ my weakness is being too careful which results in me taking more time complete a project’. Likewise when you are asked ‘Describe a time you failed’, the important thing is to highlight that you understood the cause of the failure and took corrective measures to avoid such an incident to happen in future. This article advises selling yourself in a short but concise manner. It also advises the interviewee to keep the employer in mind and to ensure your interviewer that you’re the perfect candidate.

Be honest and convincing, the way you present it is important too.
