Event management, important would be how well you organized your resume as that is the first impression I would have. If you have a very confusing layout and length words stating all your qualifications, I might be interested if I have the time to read through all but FYI in this industry, time is precious. Everything is fast so get it short and straight to the point and try to keep the layout as simple as possible. Even if when they call you for interview arrangement, on the phone, try to be convincing in your speech that you'll be there .
